# 1 to #3. Back then, a mule would pop and say "A little later…" or "And then…" or "Meanwhile…". But the mule had copyrights belonging to another comic company, and we had to return it to them. Batman is a good sport up to today, and has allowed us to ripe-him off with the spinning sign.
