THE LAST AMPHIBIAN FAIRY
Running issues # 1
Storyline: The last fairy is desperately seeking a way to reach her hermaphrodite goat lover in time for the Ogluniken fair. Each issue another measure is taken, another protagonist takes the scene and attempts, with no success, with no memorable effort, to help Pastel Beige, the fairy.
Reason it was pulled: I hated the name of the fair. The creator refused to change it, he also refused my idea to have intense flashback moments of the fairy and the goat. This could’ve been a big hit in Russia. They like kinky stuff...

THE WOLVES ARE RUNNING HOME
Running issues # 7
Storyline: Back in Antiquity, a young man, Efplankios (called Sami) quickly realises during a hunting trip that his rare gift of imitating wolf cries, is in fact the signal of wolf mating season. He accidentally starts it too early! He makes great new friends but they eat his villagers. Can he follow them in the wild? Will the mating season ever close with him around?
Reason it was pulled: It was just not Dumb Bum material. It was too instructive, too historically correct obviously. We had a bad feeling we were constantly learning something that we wished we didn’t. Kids started imitating Sami and parents complained about weird dog accidents.

A TORTOISE NAMED MADELEINE
Running issues # 15
Storyline: A cute homely turtle tries to make it to the second floor. It often gets discouraged and wastes comic space by knitting, baking cookies, or eating lettuce. Taking long pauses, and long pee breaks (where we only see a closed door and we have off voices that update us on the piss progress).
Reason it was pulled: It was starting to sell more than Disco Jul and we got bitter.

Running issues # 2
Storyline: "A lot of questioning. A lot of cleaning. Many instructions read. Filing. Ordering. Protecting self from various viruses. Questioning what to do with a burnt light bulb. Mimicking someone else. More questioning. Many insecurities. I don’t want change. I don’t want conflict." Motto of Kreator the dragon god.
Reason it was pulled: He was repeating his motto on every page. It was difficult to market, but Virgos liked it, and they’re not too loud, so we never heard them trying to save it from cancellation.
